This course will introduce the participants in the basic functions of an insurance company along the US American market. Knowledge about the insurance company system will introduce people effectively to organizational key functions and interdependencies. Above this it will clarify the different functions and their impact on the insurance performance. The participants will also reflect their own job description in their own organisation and the relations that might lie beneath the obvious daily tasks.

Course Time
Four course days (10.30-17.00) from June to September, plus an exam in October. You may find the exact dates in our course plan.*
Certificate
The exam consists of 65-75 MC-questions online format. You will get an electronic certificate after passing.
Please note that the CPCU 520 is part of the comprehensive American CPCU Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation (8 modules in total). If you are interested in this designation, please contact the IIS directly.
