Language skills in English or as well French belong to the tool box of everyone working in the service industry.

Employees of Insurance Companies, Brokers und Consultants are on a daily base requested to check positions on a contract, explain in a written form or spontaneously on the phone a complex content in connection with claims, general or technical inquiries and demanding clients.

This demanding scenario builds the base in our English language training. It is the aim of the training to offer opportunity to train and enlarge vocabulary and professionalize communication, widen your way to explain and argue in this unique surrounding.

The IIS offers this unique training in a broad range of insurance topics. This range starts in health insurance topics and ends in reinsurance techniques. This specific vocabulary makes does not make part of any other language diploma and needs special attention. We offer a broad training support and individual care for each students in his learning path to improved language skills. Improved communication skills and improved selfconfidence in challenging situations will be one of the key benefits of this training.

Apart from this it will help the student to start any of the studies linked with The Institutes and supported by the IIS to enter a new level of knowledge in topics like Enterprise Risk Management, Underwriting or Reinsurance.

We request a good level of knowledge in English. An online entry test will give the opportunity to support the students from the beginning on in a more precise way. (Sprachstufe B2 oder Cambridge First Certificate). An online training guided by the trainer will give opportunity to improve individual weaknesses and train on special issues. The final exam will prove the successful certificate and open new opportunities in your personal development path.
